LEASING & APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants can apply via the online leasing portal on the Floorplans page.  A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, resident alien card, or valid visa passport), a credit check fee per adult applicant (18+), and a holding deposit are required. All adults must be listed on the lease.

Gardens at Roseland offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom carriage home duplex residences. Floor plans are available on the website and are regularly updated.

Yes, if available, prospective residents are encouraged to tour apartments in person or virtually before applying.

Standard lease terms are typically one year, though terms may vary.  Please speak with a member of the leasing team. 

Move-in is available once the apartment is ready, application criteria are met, the lease is signed, and all move-in funds are paid. Please note that move-in dates are confirmed by a member of the leasing team, who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date availability.
